Suzette Williams LMSW

Suzette Williams, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master of

Social Work degree from Fordham University. With over six years of clinical experience,
Suzette is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals
across the lifespan. She has extensive experience working with older adults and
veterans, while also supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
through a wide range of life's challenges.
Suzette is known for her warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental presence. She strives to
create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and
empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Whether you
are coping with past trauma, navigating a difficult life transition, managing stress or
anxiety, or seeking greater self-understanding, Suzette is committed to walking alongside
you throughout your healing journey.
Her passion is helping clients break through the barriers that keep them feeling stuck so
they can heal, gain clarity, strengthen their sense of self, and build the confidence and
skills needed to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. Suzette believes that healing is
possible for everyone and is honored to support her clients as they rediscover their
resilience, purpose, and the version of themselves they aspire to become.
Suzette has helped clients navigate concerns including anxiety, depression, post-
traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI),
grief and bereavement, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, and the emotional
impact of trauma. She understands that each person's story is unique and believes
therapy should be tailored to meet each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. Suzette
integrates a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused
Therapy, the Strengths Perspective, Cognitive Reframing, and other therapeutic
interventions to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, build resilience, and
create meaningful, lasting change.
