Hawa Kebbeh, LMHC
I’m Hawa Kebbeh, a licensed mental health professional passionate about supporting individuals and communities through culturally grounded, compassionate therapy. My work is rooted in creating a safe space where faith, identity, and healing can exist together without judgment or pressure.
I have experience working with children and teens of all ages by providing emotional support and teaching them coping strategies to help them understand and manage their emotions, navigate peer conflicts, and build self-advocacy skills. I also collaborate closely with families to support their children’s growth, offering psychoeducation on child development and connecting them with resources such as food assistance, parenting groups, and legal support. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates art therapy, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques to best support my clients.
You’ve spent so long being the strong one — holding it together for everyone else. Here, you don’t have to. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, identity, faith or the weight of being “strong” for everyone else, this is your space to exhale. You deserve to be understood and seen for every part of who you are. My goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover peace one conversation and one session at a time. This is your space to exhale, to be seen, and to heal at your own pace. Healing doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re ready to stop carrying it all alone. So take a deep breath. You’ve made it here, and that’s already a brave first step. Let’s begin your journey towards healing together.
