Smiling woman with long straight black hair, wearing a white shirt, necklace, earrings, and a nose ring, posed in front of a light-colored, textured background—an inviting image that reflects the welcoming atmosphere of Brooklyn Therapy for those seeking support from a compassionate therapist in NYC.

Felicia Collins, LMSW

My name is Felicia Collins, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University. I have seven years of experience in the social work field, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a wide range of life experiences.

Throughout my career, I have worked with domestic violence survivors, LGBTQ + population, children and adolescents, adults living with mental illness, and individuals with developmental disabilities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to meet each person with empathy, compassion, and understanding.

As a warm and compassionate therapist, I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with individuals to navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other difficulties that may arise throughout life.

My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build practical coping skills, strengthen your confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs and experiences, meeting you wherever you are on your journey.

You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am here to support you as you work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and well-being.
