Jacqueline began her career working with adolescents dealing with challenges such as depression, social and general anxiety, ADHD, and emotion regulation difficulties. Since then, her professional passion and experience has extended to working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Drawing from her own life experiences, including anxiety, depression, and relationship trauma, Jacqueline approaches her clients’ world with a realistic lens and genuine understanding. She has expertise in working with individuals who have experienced significant traumas, struggle with relationship and familial issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and general stress.
With over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations, Jacqueline has dedicated her career to working with people providing direct counseling to empower them in achieving their optimal well-being. Her compassionate approach, coupled with a strong emphasis on genuineness and authenticity, allows for effortless rapport building and the establishment of a trusting therapeutic alliance. Jacqueline values an individualistic approach and incorporates methods from various modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and strength-based approaches.
